Although our company had been attending tradeshows for a while, we hadn’t quite found our footing with a booth design. I was tasked with creating something unique and different that would really show what we offered as a company. Our main push was our DuraLabel label printers, so that became the focus.
My concept was to recreate the applications customers would be interested in to show how our products could be used. This became the back drop that used everything from real electrical boxes and piping to custom made gearbox with an emergency stop button.
I worked directly with the vendor on how to achieve the ideas that were developed on the screen. I collaborated on the table designs to create the final barrel look. (This spoke to our customers interested in chemical labeling).
The final design is something that stands out at tradeshows and includes interactive elements to draw folks in. It’s large backlit sign clearly states the product offering and there is plenty of counter space to display our products. Additional storage built into the tables was also appreciated by those working the booth.
The booth is still being used at large shows. The back section is modular, so new panels can be created to update the look and focus as needed.
